Before you arrive, let the butlers prepare your home so you can start your holiday the moment you arrive.

 

The butlers will:​

• Check windows are clean and arrange clean if necessary.

• Check that a satisfactory clean has been completed.

• Ensure all lightbulbs work.

• Ensure all power plugs work.

• Check the water tank level.  A water delivery can be arranged.

• Remove dead insects from inside the house.

• Change mosquito plug-ins.

• Check LPG tank is adequate for your stay.

• Open secure windows.

• Check for any damage around the property.

The butlers will also:

 

• Stock up your fridge and pantry.  We offer a click and collect service from any store in Kerikeri, Paihia or Coopers Beach that offer a click and collect service.
