Property checks can be completed on request, or regularly as required (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly).  

 

The Butlers will complete the following checks and email you a full report with photos.  This will ensure you are up to date on the condition of your property, and it will highlight what needs attention.  Our butlers can arrange for anything that requires maintenance.

 

  Our butlers will:

 

• Check water tank level.

• Check septic tank is working correctly.

• Check all indoor power sockets are working.

• Check all lightbulbs are working.

• Check for leaking taps.

• Check the hot water cylinder for leaks and temperature setting appropriate.

• Clear letterbox and discard junk mail.

• Check lawn is sufficiently maintained.

• Check garden is tidy and presentable.

• Check cleaning contractor up to standard.

• Check all fixed kitchen appliances are clean and functional.

• Check the fridge and freezer and dispose of spoiled food.

• Check around property for damage.

• Check wet areas for mold.

• Check windows are closed, and property is secure.

While the butlers are there they will:

• Bring rubbish bins in or put rubbish bins out.

• Remove dead insects inside house.

• Water garden and indoor plants.

• Test pool and spa pool water.

• Read the electricity meter.

• Start your vehicle or jump start and trickle charge battery if necessary.

• Anything else? Just ask the butlers!

At your request the butlers will arrange for any damage or faults to be fixed.  We can highly recommend electricians, plumbers, landscaping staff, cleaning staff, on the spot curtain cleaners, and window and joinery cleaners in your area.
